At Big Dawg Smokers, barbecue is more than a hobby—it’s a passion. Our team is dedicated to crafting bold, flavorful BBQ through patience, quality ingredients, and a love for competition cooking. Over the years, we’ve spent countless hours perfecting our techniques and recipes, earning recognition at several BBQ competitions across the Mid-South.
The hard work
One of our proud moments came at Malcom Reed’s Burger Cook-Off, where we competed against more than 35 teams. Our burger featured a custom blend of ground brisket and Butcher’s Blend from Louie’s Deli, cooked to a perfect medium and topped with bacon jam on a brioche bun, earning us 3rd place.
